Many of the items are unique in their own right and as such are offered at a premium, we guarantee all of the items as original and as described, and we encourage a conversation with regard to any new acquisition as it would be good to understand the onward journey and indeed its new custodian.
We offer a bespoke selling platform which enables you to sell your pieces at a very modest commission rate and would welcome any enquires as to advice on selling your valued pieces, all enquires are treated in the strictest of confidence.
Terms & Conditions
Whilst we would favour full payment before shipping we do appreciate that in order to fulfil your desire to acquire that unique piece, we are happy to offer a deposit and staged payment scheme, all deposits are non refundable and will be based on 30% of the total value and must be settled within 12 months.
We offer a complimentary shipping service for all acquisitions within the United Kingdom and aim to dispatch fully recorded and first class within forty eight hours, where it may be appropriate a collection or a personal delivery could be considered.
For the rest of the world, shipping will be quoted on an individual basis based on weight and of course price, it is advisable to ensure that insurance is in place, in some circumstances, and diary permitting a personal visit to your location can be arranged.
We do accept returns within fourteen days, however we do not offer refunds but a credit which can be applied to another piece of your choosing, if you are unhappy with your acquisition and it is deemed incorrect we will of course offer a full refund, this is subject to two recognised appraisals.
Any returns are the responsibility of the buyer and must be insured for safe return.
